These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your relationship with octolab. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We act as a strategic partner, not just a vendor. We commit to delivering high-performance digital infrastructure as defined in your specific Project Blueprint or Retainer Agreement.
You own what you pay for. Upon full payment of fees:
โข We do not hold your code hostage. No vendor lock-in.
โข Client grants octolab a license to use the work for portfolio purposes.
โข Client retains 100% ownership of all source code, design assets, and accounts created.
Projects: 50% deposit to commence, 50% upon deployment.
Retainers: Billed monthly in advance. Pausing or cancellation requires 30 days notice.
While we measure twice, digital environments are volatile. octolab is not liable for third-party service outages (e.g., AWS going down) or business losses not directly attributable to our code.
